Codian has limited administrative resources; therefore, to support our recruitment activity we have retained the services of Rocfish; an independent recruitment management company. Rocfish is not an agency. Their dealings with you will solely be in regard to your interest in Codian.

You can either submit a CV and covering letter or complete an application form if you haven’t drawn up a CV (see links at the bottom of this page).

What happens next?

Telephone interview. All applications are acknowledged within a week of receipt, but usually within a couple of days. If your CV is of interest Rocfish will contact you to set a telephone interview. This is the first stage in the selection process. It is your opportunity to find out more about Codian, before making the decision to attend a face-to-face interview. Rocfish will want to establish if you are the highly skilled and capable person we seek. To find out more go to http://www.rocfish.co.uk/interview.htm.

The face-to-face interview

Your interview will be held in our offices in Langley (just West of London) where you will be able to see exactly what to expect when you start with us and meet the team you will be working with. You will have plenty of opportunity to see whether Codian is a good fit for what you want to do with your career. We will get the chance to meet you, get to know what you like to do and what you can contribute. Most interviews last about half a day. If the outcome is positive we may ask you to return for a final meeting.
