Recruiting for Codian

Codian has retained Rocfish, a specialist recruitment management company, to manage the hiring process on our behalf.

Please note that Rocfish is an independent company with neither allegiance nor obligation to any recruitment organisation. They do not undertake any contingency agency or general placement type work and pose no competitive threat to your company.

Rocfish's remit is to continue with Codian Ltd UK R&D’s longstanding recruitment strategy; as such agencies will still supply the vast majority of candidates.

On Codian's behalf Rocfish is:

• Providing detailed information on Codian Ltd UK R&D’s
  recruitment needs
• Reviewing all applications
• Providing feedback to all candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews for relevant candidates
• Managing all applications through to formal offer
