Mark Richer

Mark Richer, Chairman of the Board, was the CEO and founder of Calista, a company specializing in Voice over IP products, which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1999. Calista's products and technology were incorporated into the Cisco IP Communications product range.

Prior to Calista, Mark was a founder and Director of Engineering at Madge Networks, a publicly traded company with a market capitalization of close to $1 billion at the time he left.

Mark has been in management of technology companies for 15 years, he has a Masters Degree in Theoretical Physics and Chemistry from Cambridge University and is a graduate of the owner-directors program at INSEAD.

David Holloway

David Holloway, Chief Executive Officer, previously held the position of Vice President of European Operations at Calista. After Calista was acquired by Cisco Systems, David continued to lead the engineering team and was responsible for introducing a series of new products within the Voice and Video BU.

Prior to this he was Development Manager at Madge Networks. David graduated from Cambridge University with a Degree in Theoretical Physics and a Masters Degree in Computer Science.

William MacDonald

William MacDonald, General Manager, The Americas, was Vice President of Marketing at Calista. At Cisco Systems, William played a key role by utilizing the Executive Briefing Center to bring customer requirements back into product definition.

Prior to this he was the Manager of Systems Engineering at Madge Networks Inc. and a software engineer for Madge Networks Ltd. William graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
